Our Chess Courses
Chess Kings Academy offers chess courses to students of all ages and backgrounds. Our classes are a place for students to grow as not only chess players, but also as human beings. Our chess courses are structured on a standardized curriculum which is taught to students in a level-based system. Students have the opportunity, when enrolling, to take a placement test to see which level they place into. This allows them to choose the perfect course just for them! We offer a variety of courses ranging from beginner classes all the way to advanced level chess classes in which students are taught tactics and strategy.

Modes of Learning
IN PERSON INSTRUCTION
In person instruction was offered to students prior to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Classes that are offered in person are run through Curie Learning, LLC. Private lessons are available in person upon arrangement.
ONLINE INSTRUCTION
In response to the COVID-19 virus, all classes have transitioned to virtual instruction. Lessons are run through zoom 1-2 times a week depending on the class. The price for virtual and in person lessons are the same.
